A twenty five minute drive to Grantley Adams International Airport makes this an ideal holiday home or rental property.

Holetown only a few minutes drive has everything one would need. From high end restaurants such as Tides or Fusion, eateries and lower budget restaurants such as Lemongrass and The Rum Stop located in the remarkable Limegrove Entertainment Centre are but a few options.
There is all manner of clothes shopping from Ralph Lauren to Michael Kors from Crocs to Vilebrequin. There really is something for everyone.
There are beach bars as close as Surfside directly in Holetown and then there are trendy spots such as Sea Shed or La Cabane.
The house itself sits on a double plot and has three vehicular entrances as detailed by planning.

The large plot allows for increased development, the building of a pool or even the development and sale or rental of the "second" plot.
On entering one immediately notices the original coral stone walls and how building in this way keeps the house relatively cool in the hot Barbados sun.

There is ample covered outdoor entertaining space. The fact is the house oozes old school charm and the photos simply do not do it justice. Putting in a pool in this day and age is recommended but the house is no more than an eight minute walk to the beach and a beach where there are beach clubs such as Royal Pavillion Beach Club, fine dining such as Lonestar and local food on the beach at Ju Jus. All of this whilst sitting high on a hill in a shady garden.
