It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to Mullins and exactly the same time to walk to the less lively but more serene Kings Beach. If you are feeling healthy Speightstown is only a further 5 minutes.
As mentioned Speightstown is only a ten minute walk at most. There you can find everything from Grocery shopping, budget shopping, wonderful beach bars such as The Little Bristol Beach Bar, there is local food available at the Fishermans Pub which serves excellent local food right on the water front to Bistros and lobster pot restaurants.
Close by is Port St Charles and Port Ferdinand both with their own style and panache and with delightful restaurants.
5 minutes drive south is Holetown.
Located in the heart of the west coast only a couple of minutes drive to Holetown where one can find all manner of restaurants, bar, shopping and entertainment. From high end restaurants such as The Cliff, Barbados, Tides, Fusion Rooftop and Nishi to beach bars such as Zaccios and Surfside. Casual dining is also available at Limegrove Entertainment Center where one can also find high end shopping and ciinemas as well as cigar huts, opticians and art galleries. There truly is something for everyone.
Speightsown is only ten minutes away. Speightstown has a lovely old school charm whilst also offering everything from Supermarket shopping at Jordans to beach front dining at Local and Co. There are dive shops and gyms as well as cafes and high end furniture stores such as Arches Hall.
Even the journey from Grantley Adams International Airport is only thirty minutes away.
The house itself was fully refurbished some 4 years ago, the wiring the plumbing even the majority of the roof were made new. The covered terrace to the rear is a delight and is begging for someone to put in a pool, this is possibly the only thing the house might need to make it the perfect holiday home/airbnb rental.
The finishes in the house are excellent, the kitchen is now large, bright and well appointed and the four bedrooms, one is used as a tv room are all a good size.
There is nothing that needs doing in this property, it is all about personal taste and the current owner clearly has improved the property no end.
