The location is amazing.
On a ridge overlooking the south coast. Green belt land to the rear which will never be built on and the topograhy of the land secures sea views.

only ten minutes drive to Grantley Adamas International Airport, 5 minutes to the wonderful Sandy Beach with its bars and restaurants and of course the same time to St Lawrence Gap the hub of nightlife on the south coast.

The south coast has long been more effervescant than the west coast and that remains true so one can go out locally and eat, drink and make merry and then retreat to this elevated gem.

The elevation also enures a constant breeze through the home.

One is very much on the south coast here but places such as Sandy Lane is only 20 minutes by car so Golf there and at Royal Westmoreland are not far. Rockley Golf Resort and The Barbados Golf Club are only 5 minutes away. Padel tennis is close by as is squash, rugby clubs, football clubs and oe is close to the Garrison Savannah where there are many horse racing dates including night races and the world famous Sandy Lane Gold Cup.

This house is a true hidden gem and is close to all things other than North Point which is always worth a visit and well worth the drive.
