High on the hills of Sea Breeze in beautiful Cap Estate, Cayman Villa is characterised by its elegance and enviable location. The shaded deck, wide balcony and shimmering infinity pool overlook the cerulean waves of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of Martinique on clear days. Due to its stunning setting, this villa makes the most of outdoor living spaces. The pool and terrace are grand and spacious, offering an elegantly shaped, infinity-edge pool that is framed by a stone verandah and a small sun deck. Below the pool deck, there’s a manicured garden and stone terrace.

The pool deck is steps down from the upper verandah, which leads you into the grand and opulent great room. With a very formal black and white palette, the high vaulted white ceilings, cool marble floors (with a black and white design), contemporary furnishings and classic Caribbean touches and plush seating bring a warm, welcoming atmosphere from which to savor the views. You will find a formal living room, bar, and dining room within this space, and it also opens into the gourmet kitchen. The master suite is in the villa and offers a king bed and en-suite bath, while the remaining suites are also king suites with sea views and private baths.

The villa has been divided into two structures, with the main villa housing most of the shared living spaces and bedrooms. A small cottage contains a king suite with amazing views and a large, luxury bathroom. It is located to the left of the main house and is separated by a foot path.
